Josh Okogie is a Nigerian-American guard for the Houston Rockets. Born in Lagos, he moved to the U.S. at age three and later excelled at Georgia Tech, where he earned Third-team All-ACC honors. A 2018 first-round draft pick, he has played for the Timberwolves, Suns, and Hornets before joining Houston in July 2025. Internationally, he is a primary player for the Nigerian national team, recently leading them with a 33-point performance at the 2025 FIBA AfroBasket.
