Israel Adesanya, known as "The Last Stylebender," is a Nigerian-New Zealand professional mixed martial artist and a two-time UFC Middleweight Champion. Born in Lagos, Nigeria, he moved to New Zealand at age 10 and began training in kickboxing at 18. He amassed a stellar professional kickboxing record of 75–5 before transitioning to MMA in 2012. Since joining the UFC in 2018, he has become one of the most dominant strikers in the sport's history, holding the second-most title fight wins in middleweight history. As of late 2025, his professional MMA record stands at 24–5.
