Twendi provides access to athlete profiles, stories, and related discovery features. Certain features, such as profile management, messaging, or brand communication, may be available only to specific users or accounts and may change over time. You agree to use the platform in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner.
Users retain ownership of content they submit to Twendi. By posting content, you grant Twendi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit.

Twendi may enable discovery and communication between athletes and brands. Any discussions, negotiations, or agreements occur directly between the parties involved. Twendi is not a party to, and is not responsible for, any external agreements or transactions.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. Termination may result in loss of access to content or features.
Twendi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twendi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
